Step#01: Candidates have to submit the proposed form along with their application.The application form and challan form can be downloaded from the website www.szmc.org.pk.
Step#02: Candidates will also have to pay the processing fee. The processing fee can be deposited in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan.
Step#03: The processing fee is set in some order.
For the posts of BPS 06 to 15, a fee of Rs.500/= has to be deposited, while for the posts of BPS 16 and above, a fee of Rs.1000/= has to be deposited.
Step#04: Candidates are instructed to fill the application form very carefully. In the application form include your name, father's name, date of birth, domicile, CNIC, address, phone number, all attested relevant documents and bank challan. Original copy should also be attached.
Step#05: Candidates should ensure correct entry of their personal data in the application form. Incomplete applications after the above date will not be entertained.
Step#06: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post have to submit separate application, proposed form and processing fee for each post.
Step#07: The date, venue and time of interview/test will be intimated to the eligible shortlisted candidates later.
